Tecnotree, the global Digital Business Support Systems (BSS) provider, announced that it has been nominated for the acclaimed TM Forum Excellence Awards in two categories, namely ‘Customer Experience & Trust’, and ‘The Human Factor’. TM Forum has been recognizing exceptional contributions made by companies towards innovative, agile and customer centric digital transformation since 2007.
The nomination under the category ‘Customer Experience & Trust’ highlights Tecnotree’s unique partnership with MTN-Uganda in the sphere of Digital Loyalty Management. The flagship program called ‘Senkyu’ literally meaning ‘Thank You’ is a large-scale initiative of the operator to reward its subscribers who have been instrumental in making MTN the number-1 operator in the country. Tecnotree’s Digital Loyalty Manager is at the heart of this project capturing the pulse of the customer by offering services beyond traditional data and talk-time to offer payments using fungible points with mobile wallet integration.
