Tecnotree’s Board of Directors proposes a dividend of EUR 0.01 per share to the AGM

Tecnotree Corporation’s dividend policy, updated in September 2024, states the company’s aim to distribute 10% of Free Cash Flow (FCF) annually as dividends, aligning dividend distribution with the strategic goal of improving cash flow generation.
In its results release published on 26 February 2025 for the financial year ending on 31 December 2024, the company reported a Free Cash Flow of EUR -1.8 million, marking an improvement of EUR 8 million compared to the previous year.
Although the Board of Directors initially did not include a dividend proposal in the results release, the Board has now resolved, in the interest to maintain stable dividend payouts, to propose a dividend of EUR 0.01 per share. This proposal reflects Board’s desire to acknowledge the improvements in financial performance in 2024 and continued commitment to pay dividends to the shareholders.
The proposal shall be deemed as an exception from the dividend policy for the benefit of the shareholders, not as change of the policy.
The dividend proposal will be presented for approval at the Annual General Meeting scheduled for 7 April 2025. Subject to approval, the record date for dividend payment will be 2 May 2025 (Friday), and the dividend payment date will be 12 May 2025 (Monday).
