There was an error regarding the maximum amount of the dividend in the inside information published on March 22, 2024 at 17:00 EET
According to the previous dividend proposal, the Board of Directors proposes to the Annual General Meeting that no dividend will be paid for the financial year 2023. According to the new proposal, the Board of Directors proposes to the Annual General Meeting that the Board of Directors is authorized to decide, in its discretion, on the distribution of an aggregate maximum of EUR 350,000 as dividends from the financial year 2023.
