At times like this, there is an increasing need to adapt to new situations proactively and we are doing just that. I wanted to take a few minutes to brief you on the actions that we have taken within Tecnotree to ensure your business continuity during these difficult times.
At Tecnotree, ensuring global business continuity and employee well being are of paramount importance to us. We are aware that the present challenging time can bring forth additional requirements and unique demands from our clients and we want to assure you that you can rely on us to deliver on these. To achieve continuous connectivity and maintain the promised quality and the timelines for delivery, Tecnotree has taken series of measures to respond to this global crisis:
- Establishment of Covid-19 Crisis Committee (CCC): This is a team comprising of the Core Management Team and Senior Leaders across functions and myself. This committee meets every day to monitor the situation globally, across client locations and across our regional and engineering centers to ensure that we are taking proactive measures and aligning to local governmental advisory while being mindful of the needs of all stakeholders. Recognizing the disruptions that we might encounter in the coming days, we have assessed the flexibility of our IT infrastructure and have taken necessary measures to assure scalability, agility and the business continuity of our operations at all locations. We have stepped up our online collaboration capabilities to ensure timely and regular communication between our employees, clients, and partners at all our locations where our employees are currently operating from globally.
- Enablement of remote working capability for Tecnotree employees: All employees have been extended support and have uninterrupted internet connectivity to continue providing their services to you. Additionally, multiple communication platforms are provided to all the employees for seamless sharing of information. Our leadership team and senior management are working in tandem to ensure no disruption to work products happen while working remotely and we have strengthened our internal management and monitoring processes to achieve this.
- Exigency plan: If any of our employees are impacted by unforeseen circumstances, we will continue to support you by utilizing the capacities of our global workforce while we will also work on the safety and security of our employees.
