COMPLETION OF THE LIFETREE ACQUISITION AND TECNOMEN'S DIVIDEND PAYMENT          

Tecnomen announced on December 15, 2008 to have made an agreement on acquiring a
shareholding of 96.6 % in the Indian company Lifetree Convergence Limited. This 
agreement included matters to be decided in a shareholders' meeting. These were 
approved in the Annual General Meeting on March 19, 2009. The authorities in    
India have also handled the acquisition and informed about the acceptance in    
their internet pages. According to information received by the Company, the     
final written document is coming. The completion of the acquisition is expected 
to happen shortly and, in any case, by the end of May.                          

The Annual General Meeting resolved on March 19, 2009, in accordance with the   
proposal of the Board of Directors, that a dividend of 0.07 euro per share be   
paid for the financial year ended on 31 December 2008. The Board of Directors   
resolves on the dividend payment date. The decision on the payment date will be 
made and announced immediately after the completion of the Lifetree acquisition.
