Tecnotree wins a new USD 3.8 million contract for Convergent Billing, Subscription Management and Customer Care in Africa

Tecnotree has won a new contract from Africa’s leading telecommunications group to supply Tecnotree Agility™ Convergent Billing, Subscription Management and Customer Care solutions. The scope of the contract includes application standardization across multiple locations and delivery of the services through a private cloud, accessed from a number of regional operating companies. The value of the contract is USD 3.8 million.

Tecnotree Agility™ product suite is grouped into three product lines: Revenue, Customer and Value, designed to power the digital marketplaces of communications service providers. Revenue product line includes solutions for charging, billing, distribution management and resources management. Customer product line encompasses products for customer lifecycle management and portfolio management. Value line includes content and entertainment solutions, and voice applications. The product suite also includes communications networks interfacing service platforms supporting all product lines.
