Tecnomen has received new orders worth 10 million euros

Tecnomen has received two major orders with a total value of 10 million euros.  
One order is a Convergent Charging expansion in Latin America and the other is a
new market entry for Messaging products in Africa. These projects will be       
delivered during the second and third quarter of this year.                     

These orders are noteworthy due to their size and the fact that they further    
strengthen both Charging and Messaging business units' position in emerging     
markets, where subscriber number growth continues to be strong.
