THE DIVIDEND OF TECNOMEN CORPORATION
The resolution on the dividend and the time of the payment has caused some
uncertainty among the shareholders of Tecnomen Corporation. The company
therefore clarifies the resolutions passed by the Annual General Meeting on 19
March 2009 regarding the distribution of the dividend.
The Annual General Meeting of Tecnomen Corporation resolved on 19 March 2009
that a dividend of 0.07 euro per share be paid for the financial year ended on
31 December 2008. The Annual General Meeting authorised the Board of Directors
to decide on the dividend record date and dividend payment date.
The Board of Directors has not made this decision yet but will do that within
the following weeks. The company will publish a separate release on that.
