TECNOMEN'S FINANCIAL ANNOUNCEMENTS AND ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Tecnomen Corporation will publish its financial statements for 2006 on Wednesday
14 February 2007.

In 2007 Tecnomen's Interim Reports will be released according to the following
schedule:

- 1-3/2007       Wednesday 25 April
- 1-6/2007       Wednesday 15 August
- 1-9/2007       Wednesday 24 October

A briefing will be held for analysts and media after the publication of these
reports.

Tecnomen publishes financial information in English and Finnish. All releases are
posted in full on Tecnomen's website www.tecnomen.com as soon as they are
published.

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Tecnomen's Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday 14 March 2007 in
Helsinki, Finland.
