SUBSCRIPTION FOR TECNOMEN SHARES BY EXERCISING STOCK OPTIONS

After the increase in the number of shares registered on May 30, 2007, a total  
of 180,000 Tecnomen shares have been subscribed for on the basis of the Tecnomen
2002D stock options. The share subscription price was EUR 1.11 with stock       
options 2002D. The share subscription prices of the shares have been recorded   
fully in the invested non-restricted equity fund. After the share subscriptions 
Tecnomen's share capital is EUR 4,720,446.24 and the number of the shares is    
59,252,078. The shares have no nominal value.                                   

The increase in the number of shares as a consequence of the made subscriptions 
has been entered into the Trade Register on October 17, 2007. The shares have   
been applied for listing on the OMX Nordic Exchange Helsinki Oy together with   
the old shares as of October 18, 2007.                                          

In terms of shareholder rights, the new shares are identical to the company     
shares already traded on OMX Nordic Exchange Helsinki Oy as from the            
registration date.
