TECNOMEN CORPORATION'S DIVIDEND PAYMENT
The Annual General Meeting of Tecnomen Corporation resolved on March 19, 2009
that a dividend of 0.07 euro per share be paid for the financial year ended on
31 December 2008. The Board of Directors was authorized to resolve on the
dividend record date and dividend payment date.
After the completion of the acquisition of the shares of Lifetree Convergence
Limited the Board of Directors has resolved on the dividend record date and
dividend payment date. The dividend will be paid to a shareholder who is
registered on the record date of 26 May, 2009 in the company's shareholder
register maintained by Euroclear Finland Ltd. The dividend will be paid on 2
June, 2009.
