Tecnotree positioned in Gartner’s Magic Quadrant for Integrated Revenue and Customer Management for CSPs

Espoo, Finland – Telecom IT solutions provider Tecnotree today confirmed it has been positioned within Gartner’s Magic Quadrant for Integrated Revenue and Customer Management (IRCM) for Communications Service Providers (CSPs).  Gartner has placed Tecnotree in the “niche players” quadrant, which we believe illustrates Tecnotree’s short-term focus on emerging markets and completely aligns with Tecnotree’s strategy to transform its operations from project to a product-based business.

To support this transformation, Tecnotree has made timely investments in its convergent charging capability, unified product catalogue and customer life cycle management solutions.  Consequently, these investments position Tecnotree strongly within the market and pave way for further growth.
